Executive Flow Assurance - Key Drivers and Decision Support Models.
The Executive Flow Assurance program is a one day, intensive immersion into Flow Assurance risk quantification and management techniques.
The program is visually intensive and includes practical approaches to risk identification and quantification, followed by risk management strategies and good operational practices. It covers main oilfield flow assurance risks (organic and inorganic depositions, slugging / surges, normal and abnormal operational scenarios - start-up, ramp up, turn down, shut down, blow down, pigging, etc.) and can be adjusted to your specific needs.
The training is mainly addressed to decision executives (e.g. team leaders, project managers, operations and production managers, facilities managers, asset managers) with a role in managing flow assurance risks.
The program is delivered on your premises for up to 12 participants.
